Express Delivery service and Fixed Delivery Time service are subject to manpower availability and these services is not available during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Secretaries Day, etc.

On Special Day (i.e. Valentine’s Day, Secretaries Day, Mother’s Day etc.), deliveries are usually made from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The charges for Fixed Delivery Time service for a $250 surcharge.

We reserve the right to amend the delivery charges from time to time.

Delivery

All the flowers/gifts will be sent on time before the order is submitted for not less than 24 hours.

NOTE - During special days delivery periods, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, please try to place your order at least two days prior to the requested arrival date. We are unable to guarantee delivery times during these periods.

Substitution Policy

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colours may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, “Phoebe Flower” will deliver a choice of similar flowers and container of equal or greater value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall colour schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour.

Order Confirmation

You will be given a confirmation number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. Your email confirmation will include the total purchase price being charged to your credit card.

Changing Your Order

If for any reason you wish to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a change, however, every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our product, please contact us immediately by email or phone, and we will cheerfully provide a replacement or make any other appropriate changes.
